Sunday morning I got up to gray skies once again... it is really beginning to suck this weather and by 5 tonight it was thundering and lightening... I know I have been saying... at least it is not snow but enough already... I am sure my well has plenty of water to last the winter...
Today I actually got a few things finished... and now to get them packed and sent out for some and others wrapped to put under the tree and no that is not up yet... thought I would work on some of those tacky things I have been making for most of the family in the past few years.. and pass them on to the ones I have not given them too... before working on anything else...
I made the sad mistake of going out for Chinese food tonight and at the moment am suffering greatly for it... I think it was the wings that were deep fried... which I am still trying to figure out how they can call those Chinese food... actually I went to the one I am not all that crazy about tonight and most of their Chinese buffet was not Chinese... but the company was great and we had lots to talk about and lots to laugh about so I guess it was worth the suffering...
It was nice to get up this morning and see my little feathered friends out and about... and to know that my puppies couldn't get to them... I moved the feeders yesterday so they wouldn't chase them away like they have been doing most of the summer... the mourning doves and chickadees are back so I am hoping in a short while the others will return... so I have lots to take photos of through out the winter months... I will need something to keep my mind occupied throughout the cold months... especially if you know who is not around....
Off to play with my crafts....
