Saturday Just Another Day

Saturday and the day started at 4:30 for the first time after working on something I came up with for Christmas for my brothers and sisters I went back to bed for a few more hours.... getting up the second time with a clear head and realizing that I didn't have one thing here to make a Broccoli Bake for tomorrow... I guess it was time for me to go to the grocery store... something I don't like to do very often... and don't do unless I really have to...

I dropped into the very busy market this morning for my eggs but there was none to be had... this week I will have to drop up at the farm to pick some up.. it will be a nice drive up there anyway with all the fall colors... maybe I will remember to take the camera and get a few snaps along the way...

I also started putting things on the kitchen table that needs to be table to Yvette's tomorrow.... cranberries which I promise to take as well... camera and spare battery if I want to post pictures tomorrow night after I get home.... and a few other things that I want to take with me... if I don't do this I will never have anything with me...

I even went out and got the car washed this morning... if my car could talk I am sure it would be saying thank you many times since I don't remember the last time I have taken the time to wash it... I am sure it would have been in total shock when I took the vacuum to it and cleaned the windows...

By the time I got up to the bedroom tonight I had 5 dolies done... yes I am back into knitting... out of scap booking which I need to put back on the shelves for a while since I have ran out of ideas for papers... this creative mind has gone blank... so it will probably stay there until after Christmas.... when things slow down and I actually need something to do.. it will clear the TV room out a bit as well... there is so much stuff hanging around....

I also did my good deed of the day today ... taking mom to Church which I don't mind doing as long as Brian Melanson is there singing.... I could listen to him all day long if I had to... and my mother discovered that I could sing... too funny
