Hump Day

I have started to like Wednesday mornings for the passed few weeks ithas been the morning I have time totally to myself... well kind of actually...there has been no appointments or anything of the sort for either mom, dad or myself so I have been able to stay home and get some of the things I really don't like to do but should be doing ... like changing my bed, doing clothes so that I actually have something to wear come the weekend... picking up things around the house that I have totally ignored because I really don't want to do it.. it seems Wednesday is my day that I get up and go for it all...

This morning I started my day very early because someone didn't turn off his Monday to Friday Alarm that rings at 5:30 every morning... and he didn't hear it even though it was in his pants pocket right next to the bed... but you know who did... and as you can see I didn't mention any names here LOL.... like you all don't know who that was... so I got up without lights and actually turned it off before it stopped... then after that I was up.. and ready to face the day the only thing is what the heck do you do at 5:30 the morning... I know what this certain person would say... go to Tim's and get coffee for me so when I get up it would be right there.... ya right that is going to happen this morning... got morning time tea instead...

Well after writing an email that was way over due... I started my day for real... going through the house picking up the bottle and cans baskets, then the trash baskets... emptying the dishwasher... it is really strange to have to do this more then once a week when I am alone... so much more dishes when there is two of us in the house... the extra work I have to do... darn it all LOL....

Did some picking up in the kitchen... can you please tell me why the kitchen always looks messy...well mine does any way... then I hit the laundry ... good Lord... how does two people have this much dirty clothes.... after breakfast I decide to strip the bed.. which meant another 2 loads of clothes ... and after being in clothes baskets for a month I finally decided to change clothes from summer to winter which always meant that I had another extra load of clothes.. not because I put the clothes away dirty but to see how much of it will come out of the drier and I don't have to iron it... crossing my fingers here... and then while everything is going downstairs I went upstairs to work on the useless part of the family calendar... any one that gets one knows what I mean... one year I found the day of your name... and added that...this year I am ohhhh no not telling will have to wait for the calendar to find out... he he.... and this year while I am printing them I am mailing them... I waited to do it last year and most of the family didn't get theirs... so only a few at a time and then they will be mailed out.... I still have several copies of this year's calendar on my shelf...

This afternoon was spent visiting, shopping and then coming home to make dinner and go through some of the old picture mom passed my way... so I can pick on Yvette a little more... hold on for a bit Danie... there is more coming of your mom LOL
